Health & Science Building

Providing the western Treasure Valley with accessible opportunities for education leading to an in-demand career and promising future. The Health and Science Building will include:

Consolidation of the College's growing Health and Science programs.
State-of-the-art facilities for health and science students to learn and collaborate with each other.
Enhancement of the student experience as a key component of a future quad.

Construction Update – November 2024

Roof is completed, and windows are being installed.��
Interior and exterior framing is in place, with exterior metal siding installation underway.��
Third-floor drywall is installed and painted. Drywall work continues on remaining floors.��

Agricultural Sciences Complex

A growing campus for growing minds, the College's future Agricultural Sciences Complex will include:

Modern facilities supporting Horticulture and Agricultural Science programs.
Two academic buildings, two greenhouses, a barn and working farm, experimental labs, flex classrooms, and student group and common areas.
Close proximity to the agricultural community to support collaboration and community events.

Site Plan: 40 acres + approximately 38,000 square footage of buildings and lab space
Programming: Horticulture, landscape design, meat/animal science lab, floral lab, store/retail area

Construction Update – November 2024

The Simplot Agriculture Building is nearing completion.
The Horticulture Greenhouse is set to receive its exterior skin in the coming weeks.
Animal Science Barn is fully framed and progressing on exterior work.
Construction of a canopy that will cover the patio area will begin soon.
Shop construction will continue and advance to the final stages over the next three months.

Student Success Center

Bringing together services, support, and resources. The future Student Success Center will:

Support opportunity for student and community engagement in a central location.
Become home to several resources supporting the overall learning experience and student success.
Enhance the student experience as a key component of a future quad.

Construction Update – November 2024

The building pad is fully prepared and ready for the first concrete pour.
Aggregate piers are installed to support the structure.
Utility connections are 50% complete, with water connection as the final step to finalize infrastructure.
